I'd like to request that Midori come back on and go into more depth on the weather. Or maybe currently affairs. Or even read the toaster manual for all I care as long as I can hear her voice. That hint of an accent makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. And if I get started on my whole thing for Japanese women my wife is going to inflict pain on me I definitely will not enjoy.

The iconic Steve Goedde photograph of Midori in the blue dress was one of the first quality fetish images I ever came across and made of me a devoted Midori fan ever since.

While Midori has an excellent voice, I think Nova's is just a hint sexier. My own personal opinion.

I must agree with J.W.

I had never heard Midori's voice before but I had heard glowing reports about it. I enjoyed the interview very much but I was more taken by the content of what Midori said than how she said it. I hope Fetish Flame does have Midori back so that those who love her voice can appreciate that while those that love her intelligent insight can appreciate that.

By the way, my $0.02, while Midori has a sexy voice talking about fetish, Nova's voice would be sexy if she were reading instructions for downloading software drivers.

IG - You are in luck - We are already in motion to get Midori back for another show. Her experiences and knowledge can keep us going for years!

And not to harp on it too much, but for anyone thinking of buying her book, or any others that we've discussed, please do think to go through a smaller vendor like GoodVibes.com or thestockroom.com. That small step makes a big difference to the authors.

Midori so rocks! I've seen her at several fetish events and she never disappoints. I took some great pics of a very stringent suspension she improvised on a portable tripod, right in the middle of the exhibition floor. I was jealous of all participants.

I was disappointed when her pay photography site, BeautyBound.com shut down. There was some great stuff there. A small bit of it has been moved to FetishDiva.

You guys did cover alot of interesting ground in your discussion on this show. I did like that you touched upon how to "behave" at an event. I would venture a guess that lots of folks like myself would like to be better at "engaging" at events. I actually find that most fetish professionals and celebrities are quite approachable and will go out of their way to put you at ease. Many of us fetish commoners however are all uneasily stepping around each other with those pursed-lipped smiles trying not to appear creepy! Maybe that's just me and the broomstick up my a**.

Well thanks for another great installment. Looking forward to Midori's return. I'm actually going to listen back to this show and take some notes. She has a great flair for dicussing delicate concepts in a way that makes them more tangible and seem quite logical. (Geeky Joke Alert) Maybe she's a Vulcan? I find that VERY sexy... uh... and I like her corsets too.

Just looked for Midori's book on Yahoo. I found it on sale on Overstock.com...but...dammit...they are sold out..looks like I'm gonna have to find it somewhere else..lol. The cover of that book is very nice. This show was a very fun listen.

Midori is a true treasure and this was a great show, informative in so many ways. Really looking forward to Her next visit. i hope everyone is buying the book.

As to voices, Midori's is blissful but Nova, well, She has "the best fetish podcast voice ever".

(all my life, whenever I heard it on an answering machine or even after listening to shows, I never really liked it all that much)
