Just wanted to drop you guys a line to tell you how much we enjoy your podcast. We are a couple from Chicago, who have been in the "Swing" Lifestyle for about 6 years. Though we don't participate in many of the activities you discuss on your show, we do enjoy listening to the different ways to enjoy a healthy sex life. We have discussed trying a few of the "kinks" discussed on your show (especially Latex, YUM!!!). Thanks again for giving us something worthwhile to listen to.

I have several questions but there are a few at the top of the list. First I just wanted to say I love your show and have listed to all of them so far and plan to listen to more. The strap on show was very interesting. I was hoping to hear a little more from Atticus side as well. Atticus you were talking about preparing and getting ready for it. I was wondering if you could go into that a bit more. Such as, about preparing for it. Do you do any cleaning up before hand, like enema or not eating as much or anything like that? What about getting yourself ready? Did you work yourself open with a toy before hand and how often, daily, few times a week? If you could let me know about these things or maybe a good site or something to read. I would like to be able to enjoy it but being able to relax enough so I am not so tight. Have any advice about that as well?
Oh, sort of off subject here, but do you know any good toys sites that might be discent about shipping and credit card billing? Also ones with good prices and maybe a variety of things to choice from (good quality too). I know that may be like looking for a needle in a hay stack, but I thought if anyone would know, you two might know. I know both my girlfriend and I would love to find one out there. Anyways, if you guys could let me know your thoughts about that stuff that would be great. Thanks again.
